Bitblock Markets partners with profitable, disciplined traders from financial centres around the world. If you trade with a process and a track record to match, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

We don’t recruit on flashy P&L screenshots. We recruit on process, discipline, and a track record we can independently verify. A great Apex trader has all five of the qualities below.

  • Minimum two years of consistent, profitable trading experience in at least one of: FX, crypto, equities, indices, commodities
  • Verifiable track record — audited statements or third-party broker reports preferred
  • Documented risk-management process: position sizing, stop discipline, drawdown limits
  • Calm under pressure — we want traders who do not chase, revenge-trade, or abandon a plan when a position moves against them
  • Available for periodic strategy reviews with the trading desk

The application process

Four stages, designed to be fair, structured, and honest about what we’re assessing. No mystery, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Application

    Send us your trading background, the markets you trade, and a track record we can verify (audited statements, broker-issued reports, or third-party trade-copying service exports). We respond to every application within 7 business days.

  2. 02

    Interview

    A structured conversation with the trading desk. We cover your strategy, risk management, position sizing approach, drawdown discipline, and how you handle a bad week. We're looking for thoughtful, process-driven traders — not the loudest P&L.

  3. 03

    Trading challenge

    If the interview goes well, you'll trade a funded evaluation account under defined risk parameters set by Bitblock Markets. The rules are published before you start; pass them and you join the desk on a profit-share arrangement.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

    Successful candidates are issued a live trading mandate with capital provided by Bitblock Markets. You retain full discretion over your assigned book within the firm's risk framework, and earn a share of the profits you generate.

The arrangement

You bring the discipline. We bring the capital.

Bitblock Markets provides the trading capital and the risk framework. You provide the strategy and the execution. Successful traders earn a share of the profits they generate under their mandate, with the share rising as their track record with the firm compounds. Specific terms are agreed in writing at the end of the trading challenge.
